We're on our way!

We are on our way! But our first flight is delayed by an hour, so we stopped for a final, hearty, fast-food meal. Madame and Cate got our our scapulae (it's always good to fly protected) and Jessie gave Madame some delicious crystal light to add to her drink. All the talk is about what to expect when we get to France: What will school be like? What should we see first in Paris? Can Jessie find a higher level math class to sit in on? The girls have accepted Madame's rule about wearing their passport pouches at all times. We are ready for a great trip!

  1. This is Jessie posting.
I had a sliced brisket sandwich from the Salt Lick, a new restaurant in the airport. It was decent, not great, but good enough for airport food. I'm very excited for the trip, especially the homestay and going to school...I also really like that we're a small group.
I can't wait until we land in Paris tomorrow!

  4. Hello Girls! Hope you're all awake and having a FABULOUS time! Madame, just wanted you to know that neither JJ or I received the parental call list you said you e-mailed yesterday (Thurs.) So, I have no way to contact your mom as I don't know her name or number. I've e-mailed the other parents to ask for it to be forwarded if they got it. I hope this is the only tiny challenge this trip endures! Enjoy!!! Catherine Lynn
